Manufacturer Warranty
All Fuelgear products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty which is your guarantee of equipment reliability. Many manufactures' have extended guarantee periods, please see below a list of our manufacturer's and the warranty's on their products.
Should your equipment develop any malfunction during the guarantee period, due to faulty materials or manufacture, we will replace or repair it for you, absolutely free.
We will ask you for detail on the nature of the fault, such as photo's, written descriptions, application the product was used for. This will assist in speeding up the claim with the manufacturer who are often off shore. Fuelgear will negotiate on your behalf to get the problem fixed if it is deemed a warranty claim.
Where the warranty requires "Return to Service Centre or Place of Purchase" Fuelgear will reimburse the cost of freight when the claim has been authorised.
We understand your equipment is imperative to your business operations. We strongly recommend that you carry replacement stock or repair kits. Every effort will be made to get your product repaired but please allow up to 8 weeks to solve the problem depending on the nature of the fault and the manufactures location.
Your warranty guarantee naturally does not cover misuse or negligent handling, and excludes breakables such as glass or ceramic parts, consumables and normal wear and tear.
